woodvale is an unreleased album by the American singer-songwriter Taylor Swift. It was supposed to be released on April 30, 2021 as her tenth studio album, through Republic Records, but was later scrapped in favor of Fearless (Taylor's Version), and was later replaced with Midnights. It was planned to be a sister album to folklore and evermore, becoming the third and final installment in the trilogy.
Background[]
The album was written around the same time as folklore and evermore. It was supposed to be the third album in the trilogy, but was scrapped due to her promotion for Fearless (Taylor's Version).
Shortly after the release of evermore in December of 2020, Swifties began speculating that a third album was in the works. Some Easter Eggs included 3 cardigans, 3 candles, and a 3 scrunchie set. Swifties believed that the album would be released on April 30, 2021, as the lyric video for "cowboy like me" had a clock that read 4:30 (April 30), and this date was 20 weeks after evermore's release, coincidentally the same amount of time between folklore and evermore. This obviously did not happen, and the album was never released.
The full album was later leaked online in 2024, with Swifties thinking it would've been a great conclusion of the "folkmore" trilogy.

A music video for "everglade", which continues to story of the "cardigan" and "willow" music videos, was leaked online, meaning it's possible that the song was planned to be the lead single.
